These terms govern your use of Pulse — Time Tracking & Timesheets ("Pulse"), an app for Jira Cloud published by Scriptix Labs ("we"). By installing or using Pulse you agree to them.
Pulse is provided free of charge. It runs on the Atlassian Forge platform inside your Jira Cloud site and creates, reads, updates, and deletes Jira worklogs on your behalf, using your own Jira permissions. Your use of Jira itself remains governed by your agreement with Atlassian.
Worklogs belong to your Jira site, not to us. Pulse stores only the app preferences described in the Privacy Policy, inside Atlassian's infrastructure. We have no access to your data.
Don't attempt to disrupt the service, circumvent Atlassian platform controls, or use Pulse in violation of Atlassian's terms or applicable law.
Pulse is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We work hard to keep it reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scriptix Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from the use of or inability to use Pulse. As Pulse is free, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (USD 100).
We may update Pulse and these terms over time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
